We have a warehouse space to share in Surry Hills, for individuals or a team who are down with renting on a per-desk basis.
This is a large space space, approximately 240 mtrs over two floors, includes a mezzanine level, high ceilings and original lead light windows. With plenty of space and loads of natural light, the large open plan design is finished in polished hardwood floors, exposed beams and a complete kitchenette.
We also have large meeting that's usually available. The room complete with original fixtures and AV set up. There are also two tastefully renovated bathrooms complete with showers. The entire space also has duct​ed reverse cycle air and central gas heating.
The office is located in a friendly neighborhood with with great cafes, restaurants and reasonable on street parking. Only a stones throw from all Crown street has to offer, you will find us located at the top end of Surry Hills, between Flinders and Bourke, and close to Centennial park.

Each desk space is $100 (excl. GST) per week which covers rent and all outgoings including internet. Each desk comes with drawers and a brand new Herman Miller chair.
We are happy to consider individuals, or preferably a cluster of desks for up to 4 people. Minimum rental term of one month (discounts for multiple desks).
