EXCITING OPPORTUNITY to get involved at the ground level. Website Design and Internet Marketing company needs your help to get off to a great start in the lead up to Christmas and the New Year.
We are seeking positive, switched on communicators and organised thinkers with skills and experience with WEB DESIGN, GRAPHIC DESIGN, CONTENT WRITING and INTERNET MARKETING.
As a startup we have a tight budget so honestly - your compensation will be less than you are worth and the hours will be long - SORRY!

For those who help us to make the cake - we will most certainly remember you when it comes to the eating part..... Bonuses will be paid to the startup team if all goes well as planned.
We are seeking to build a core team of 5 people. If you are successful with your application you will be helping in areas that match your skills but you may also be asked to get involved of other areas of the day to day running of the business as required.
Working from our boutique agency on Crown Street in Darlinghurst, your daily tasks will include :
1. researching potential clients and preparing campaign hit lists
2. keyword and persona research
3. preparing and sending marketing proposals
4. writing or editing content for emails and website pages
5. graphic design / webdesign in line with your skills
6. brainstorming ideas for clients internet marketing campaigns
7. speaking with potential clients who are considering our agency
8. speaking with new and existing clients about new work
9. daily reporting, record keeping
10. general office duties
11. working on our startup business model, systems, business plan etc..
12. managing outsourced freelancers who assist as sales increase
13. testing, checking and preparing to launch client website and campaigns.
This is not a normal job and we are not normal people. We are hoping to get this up and running and profiting within 12 weeks. To do that our goal is to build the core team of creative marketers, people who think of this like we are a bunch of mates working to get a business off the ground (and you'll receive about $2000 per month for your trouble). If it takes off you will be paid additional bonuses too.
