Amazing location centre Surry Hills in DARLINGHURST, New South Wales for sale

Unfortunately one of our lovely roommates is moving suburbs and we are left with one cosy bedroom to fill. The house is a classic 4 bedroom terrace in the middle of Surry Hills - close to a bus stop that has buses running straight through the city every few minutes in the morning, as well as supermarkets and a park just across the street. Not to mention the numerous restaurants and bars that line Crown St. as well... You will be living with 2 creative-based girls working in fashion and a corporate-based boy (aged 25, 26 and 31), as well as a cat and a pomeranian. ?We have a black purebreed manx cat with a calm and gentle demeanour - just a joy to have around the house and a beautiful toy Pom. ??We all work hard and are busy during the weekdays but are relaxed and social (especially on weekends) and love having a tidy house. We are looking for a respectful person approximately our age who is social too on weekends. Sorry, singles only please. ??All bills (inc internet/electricity/gas) except water (approx $40/quarter) are included in the rent so take a look while it's still available! The room comes with a double bed and two drawers and the house is furnished with all of life's needs (dishwasher included!). There is also a courtyard.
