Hi, I am looking to find a housemate to share in our Surry Hills terrace house. The room is a generous size with a queen bed, dressing table, arm chair, bed-side tables and a large built-in wardrobe. The room has an air conditioner and a ceiling fan.
The house has a gas kitchen, dish washer and a small garden/courtyard out the back.
Location is about 5 - 10 minute walk from Central station or 15 - 20 to Town Hall. Oxford street is about 5 minutes away for buses, night life etc. I am a young professional male who has recently started studying again so looking for someone nice and friendly to share the house.
Rent includes unlimited ADSL 2+ internet. Bills are approximately $25 per week and this will be pre-paid along with the rent. Bond is 2 x weeks plus rent paid 2 weeks in advance.
