The twin room will be available from 18th April(mon). The girl is going to move in her boyfriend place so that she is moving out. Your room mate will be a koran girl.
This share house is located in Surry Hills, just 5 mins walk from Central staion and CBD and few mins walk to cafes, pubs and Domino's pizza! It is very good location.
Our housemates are one Japanese, and one Korean. Altogether, 4 people living in this house including you. Another own double room will be available soon, so i'm looking for a girl for that room too. Everyone is pretty laid back. This house is very quiet house, so it is good for people who want to relax after work. Korean girl is full time worker, and I am a uni student. Also this house is very tidy. So we only want a girl who is tidy, reliable, easy going and friendly! We respect each other, so there is no stupid rules, such as you can't cook, you can't bring your friends, cleaning routine or those kind of stuff.
You can feel relax and home.
Rent per week is $190. (all bills are included,internet,gas etc)
Bond (two weeks rent) and Advanced rent(two weeks rent) are required.
MINIMU STAY: 3months.
